I am working on logo for a program in our company to be established on a later date. I'm now on the concept stage and hope you guys can give me some good and really constructive critiques!!!

The idea is that the logo is to be a brand for a reform program. We are starting a division that is going to work together with unemployment offices, people with mental health issues and other causes that make it difficult for them to get right back into a job.

We know for a fact there are many people who are very creative in all different ways that doesn't have a job at the moment, and we want to establish a workplace, and job training, working together with many different organizations for people less fortunate, and/or with health issues and so on.

I also hope that at some point we will be able to use this logo as a symbol for creative work done by or for people discribed above.
