Kikayis, a freelance illustrator, was commissioned by a client to make a painting in their saloon using my artistic style. The client wanted a piece that represented Barcelona, like lamp-post, the leaves, etc. The following is the result.
Kikayis collaborated with Karen Gomez, a talented painter. Karen proceeded with the painting to complete the colourful part of the project.
Afterwards Kikayis went in to do complete the project with his illustrative style using black marker.
At the end, Kikayis left this message on the glass in the kitchen. I'm certain that the family didn't erase this immediately and I'd probably keep it as a bonus piece of art. Lovely work altogether.
